By purchasing credits on Get2Date.com, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including EU consumer protection rules where applicable.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting customer support constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in chargebacks, reverse any remaining credits, and permanently block future access to the Service.
Evidence including IP logs, chat activity, acceptance of Terms, and proof of digital delivery may be submitted to payment processors and card networks to contest chargebacks.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error, you must contact customer support within fourteen (14) days of the transaction. Verified billing errors may be corrected at our sole discretion.
